Gone are the days when the bar and the kitchen were seperate thoughts.  Sabai's cocktails are crafted to not only be enjoyed on their own, but to have a place at the table.

 

Our use of fresh ingredients, age-old techniques of muddling and infusing, make these hip mixes the perfect marriage between food and drink.

We love wine!  And our commitment to find exciting wines from local winemakers and from around the world is pure fun.  It's not just about the obvious or famous, but it's also about finding special & unique wines from smaller or boutique vineyards that reflect the region and soil in with the grapes are grown and the winemakers ability to take the fruit and craft wines that are delightful to drink and enjoy.

 

With a focus on Oregon and Northwest wines, our list is a tour of some of the most exciting wines in the Northwest. But our list doesn't end there, we've selected wonderful wines from regions around the world.  Each wine is hand-selected with our food and our love for wine in mind.  Simply put.... we buy wine we like and we hope you will like them too!

While in Thailand there is nothing better than eating Thai food with friends and drinking a cold beer.  Sabai is not Thailand, but it may be the next best thing.  You can quench your thrist from our selection of imported or domestic bottled beers or enjoy a pint or two from our locally crafted brews on tap.  Either way, a cold beer, friends and Thai food is a always great!
